Fireplace

Our client requested new hardwood flooring and an updated fireplace.  Our first task was to remove the existing imitation stone and old 4 x 6 rough mantel.  Then we applied Maxit 690 Stucco to smooth the remaining brick so new honed marble tile can be applied. This picture shows our progress half way.

New Trex Deck 

We just finished tearing out an old redwood deck and replacing it with an all new Trex decking material on time and on budget. We want to pass along three things we learned on the project. One, a tan color stays cooler on sunny days. Two, metal balusters rattle when the railing is bumped. Three, we had a lot of fun building this deck.

Master Bathroom Addition

Work on a master bathroom addition is almost completed. The home has been transformed into a desirable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The addition has increased the home's value significantly. The happy owners have moved in. There are a few minor details to be completed.
